3Stone Meet Terms
Effective 3 November 2026
These terms are between you (or the organization you act for) and 3Stone AI LLC ("3Stone AI"). They cover 3Stone Meet ("Meet") on the web and in the Mac app, and add to the 3Stone Terms of Service, which also apply. Where they differ, these terms govern Meet.
Software and electronic delivery
Meet provides recurring access to centrally hosted software, including in-app messaging, voice-to-text, AI explanations and organization management, with an optional Mac client delivered exclusively by electronic download. No hardware or software on physical media is provided. Your content and data-export rights remain as described below.
Accounts
Meet uses your 3Stone account. Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us about unauthorized use. You must be at least 13. Learning spaces require each student to confirm they are 13 or older.
Organizations, spaces and administrators
If you create an organization or space you are its owner and may appoint administrators. Owners and administrators manage membership, invitations, settings and automatic deletion, and can see member lists, usage counts and audit records. They cannot read members' messages. An organization that pays for spaces is responsible for its subscription; members of a space it pays for are never charged.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you send. You allow 3Stone AI to store, transmit, transcribe, rewrite and explain it to provide Meet, including processing by our AI providers as described in the Meet Privacy Notice. You are responsible for having the right to share what you send, including files and screenshots.
AI rewrites and explanations
Meet rewrites messages and explains them with AI. Rewrites and explanations can be inaccurate or incomplete. The sender's original words are always kept and available; check important details such as amounts, dates, commitments and safety information against the original. Meet holds a message for the sender's review when a rewrite could change its meaning, and the sender decides what is sent. Meet is not professional, medical, legal, financial or safety advice and must not be relied on in an emergency.
Acceptable use
Don't use Meet to harass, threaten or deceive; to send unlawful content, malware, programs or app packages; to get around Meet's limits or security; or to scrape or reverse engineer the service. Meet does not hide threats: hostile wording stays visible enough for the recipient to understand a safety concern.
Blocking and reporting
In the iPhone, iPad and Android apps, you can block someone from your conversation with them; neither of you can then message the other on any Meet client. You can report a person or a message from those mobile apps. On the current web and Mac versions, use Get help or contact us to report a safety concern; conversation Report and Block controls are available in the mobile apps. 3Stone AI reviews reports and may remove a message, remove someone from a space, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. A suspended account can still read, download and delete its data.
Plans and prices
The Team plan costs $15 per seat per month, or $150 per seat per year, plus any applicable tax. Each seat includes 600 spoken minutes, 2,000 messages and 2,500 explanations a month, shared across the paying account's spaces. When an allowance is used up, that kind of use pauses until the next month or until seats are added; nothing is charged beyond the subscription. A free allowance lets a small group try Meet. Complimentary access is granted only by 3Stone AI to named people, is never charged, and may be ended by 3Stone AI with 30 days' notice.
Payment and renewal
Paid plans are charged in advance through Stripe to the payment card of the paying person or organization. 3Stone AI never receives card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year at the then-current price until cancelled. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change. The owner or a billing administrator can change seats at any time; Stripe prorates the difference.
Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play
If you subscribe through Apple's App Store or Google Play, that store charges you, renews the subscription and handles cancellation and refunds under its own terms. Manage your subscription in your Apple Account or Google Play settings. Your subscription gives your Meet account the number of seats you bought and works wherever you sign in to Meet. Store-billed purchases follow the store's payment, grace-period and refund rules rather than the website payment and refund provisions below.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, the plan continues for 7 days while payment is retried. After that, spaces fall back to the free allowance until payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted because of a failed payment.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time in Meet's billing settings (Manage billing) or by emailing jathan@3stoneai.com. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then ends; your spaces continue on the free allowance.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: no refund for a month that has started; cancelling stops the next renewal.
- Annual plans: a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of the first annual payment; after that the plan runs to the end of the paid year without a refund for the remaining months.
- Fewer seats: a prorated credit on the next invoice, not a cash refund.
- Billing errors, such as duplicate or incorrect charges, are always refunded in full.
- Where the law where you live gives you more, that applies.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practicable. If we discontinue Meet, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
Ending your use
You can stop using Meet and delete your Meet data at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, after notice where practicable, and refund the unused part of any prepaid period unless the breach was fraud or abuse.
Disclaimers and liability
Meet is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, 3Stone AI disclaims implied warranties, and its total liability for any claim about Meet is limited to the amount you paid for Meet in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which 3Stone AI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes here and, for material changes, email account owners at least 30 days before they take effect.
